BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS
The development of lithium-ion batteries has been successful in allowing for cost-effective large-scale cells being used in energy storage systems.
This allows for surplus generation from our solar panels or the grid to be stored and discharged to the grid when there is excess demand. There is an opportunity to explore battery storage without a large-scale solar system.
